Minor Policy: Any persons under the age of 18 require the following 3 items:

1) Photo ID.
2) Birth Certificate.
3) Parent’s ID

Age Requirements:

1-12 yrs Ear Piercings Only
Ages 13 + All Piercings Besides Genitals and Dermal Piercings

All names must match on IDs and Birth Certificate. All three identifications must be provided at the time of your appointment
