frequently asked questions
Do you pierce infants?
Yes it’s by appointment only as we only have one piercer that can do infant piercings. If you plan on bring your own jewelry we must inspect the jewelry and sterilize. This process takes time so come 30 min before your appointment. We do have earrings available.
piercing prices?
The cost varies depending on the piercing, the number of piercings, and jewelry selected. Single ear piercings cost $35 for a single basic piercing. Jewelry not included. You also get 20% off your next purchase online or in store. (navel are $45 and nostril piercings are $35 Septum are $45, Nipple $45. Nipple Pair $75.
Does it hurt?
Everyone has a different threshold for pain and certain areas of the body are more sensitive than others. You shouldn’t let that stop you from getting what you want, where you want. Most piercings are a slight pinch for a second or two, then it is over.
Do you pierce with a gun?
No. The gun forces blunt jewelry through your body causing unnecessary damage to the tissue. We use a sharp, single-use, hollow needle that quickly removes enough tissue to make room for your new jewelry. The jewelry we use is frequently one size smaller than the needle we use to allow for airflow around the jewelry and faster, more comfortable healing. It is less traumatic and painful.
Minors under the age of 18?
- Yes you can! You will need to bring the following things with you:
- A state or federally issued photo ID (your school ID is fine if you don’t have a learners permit, drivers license, military ID etc).
- A parent or legal guardian to accompany you.
- The state or federal issued ID for that parent or legal guardian. – Your birth certificate or copies of guardianship papers that link the two of you together

The standard jewelry that we use 316LVM Implant Grade Surgical Stainless Steel. This grade of metal is perfectly safe to use if you do not have a Nickel sensitivity. However, if you do have a Nickel sensitivity, we do stock a lot of Implant Grade Titanium 6Al-4V-Eli ASTM F-136 and Nickel-Free 14K and 18K Gold from Neometal, Anatometal, and BVLA and can place a custom order if we don’t have the appropriate piece on hand.
Can i bring my own jewelry?
You can bring in jewelry if you’d like, but it is up to the piercer’s discretion whether or not it is safe for initial piercing. The cost of jewelry is not included in the price you are quoted for the piercing so you do not need to buy jewelry separately. We will remove the jewelry cost if we accept what you bring in.
